Found it refreshing to deal with a harmonious and respectful sales team. I have just completed week 1 with my second new car from GWS. My salesperson for each purchase was Mery McDougall.

My first purchase from Suzuki four and half years ago was a thorough, professional and a most enjoyable experience. Mery’s assistance throughout the buying process was nothing short of excellent.

My second purchase from Honda, again with Mery, is again excellent in every respect. This time I came back to GWS because of Mery. I now live in Bacchus Marsh, I could have gone to a Honda dealer closer to home but wanted to deal with Mery. Again, Mery made the whole buying experience very easy and pleasurable.

I feel it important to give credit where credit is due. I have had minor dealings with other GSW sales staff but have found Mery to exceed all expectations. One immediately warms to Mery, she listens, puts the customer first and removes any doubts, fears or concerns. If there is ever a question that can’t be answered Mery will go above and beyond the call of duty to research the question and get back with the answer promptly. If I am ever in the area or at the service department waiting for my car to be serviced, I feel very comfortable in popping in to see Mery and she always has time to see me.

You have an excellent salesperson. In a nut shell, Mery is worth gold.

Happy with my experiences

My current Honda (aka 'monster') is the second I have purchased and had serviced with Garry and Warren Smith. I've been very happy with my experiences to date and would recommend them to others. The couple of times there have been any issues (generally minor) they have been great at working to resolve them. The service staff are always friendly and professional and I can trust they're taking great care of 'monster' whenever he goes in for servicing.

Purchased my new Honda Jazz recently....

Purchased my new Honda Jazz recently at Oakleigh through Andrew Moloney the sales guy. Had thought I'd like the Civic but on seeing the jazz in the showroom was hooked. Even more so on driving her to Adelaide and back over Christmas achieved the 5.8lt to 100km. What a pleasant surprise and a comfy journey to boot....... thank you Honda.

Garry and Warren Smith made the purchase experience much more enjoyable and relaxed. I had been to 3 other Honda dealers and did not enjoy the way they went about purchase, 1 dealership in particular never listened to what I wanted and continually tried to push a higher spec model, resulting in me choosing to pursue my purchase elsewhere.

I just wanted to confirm that I have been a customer of GWS for the past 8 years and our family has two cars that are serviced by your team. In 2010 I leased a Honda Accord from the team at GWS and I can't rave about this car enough. I have been so impressed by it on so many occasions and it continues to be a joy to drive. I bought the car at the end of lease, I expect it may be hard to part with in the future!
